Mechanical Maintenance Technician
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The selected person will be in charge of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of industrial plants and machinery, actively contributing to the efficiency and safety of the production process.
Duties:
Carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations in the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields on industrial plants and machinery;
Carry out periodic checks on the plants according to the assigned schedule;
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with autonomy in finding the fault and analysing the causes;
Manage lubrication activities, replace components and fine-tune equipment;
Collaborate with the production team to improve the efficiency and safety of the plants;
Draw up intervention reports and monitor machine performance.
Requirements:
Diploma of Mechanical Technician or equivalent qualification;
Previous experience of at least 3 years in mechanical maintenance;
Knowledge of the main preventive and corrective maintenance techniques;
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical diagrams;
Basic knowledge of the main measuring instruments (calibre, micrometer, etc.);
Excellent problem-solving and team-working skills.
Additional skills:
Knowledge of automatic plants and automation systems;
Ability to read circuit diagrams is welcome, but not essential.

Salary commensurate with experience;
Working hours, full time on two shifts;

ISO 17025 Laboratory Operator
We are looking for a Laboratory Operator with experience in the metallurgical sector to join our laboratory, which is currently undergoing accreditation according to ISO 17025. The selected figure will carry out testing, analysis and certification activities on metallic materials, ensuring the reliability of results and compliance with the required technical standards. The role requires established technical skills, operational precision and the ability to collaborate effectively with the quality team.
Duties
Carrying out tensile and resilience tests according to DIN and ASTM standards;
Carrying out micrographic analyses on metallic samples;
Carrying out chemical analyses using an optical emission spectrometer;
Drawing up final test certificates according to EN 10204 3.1;
Collecting and verifying the necessary technical documentation for each job order;
Collaborating with the quality team to ensure compliance with technical standards.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in a similar role;
Excellent knowledge of DIN, ASTM standards and mechanical test methods;
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and material certifications;
Familiarity with chemical and micrographic analyses;
Knowledge of the requirements of EN 10204 3.1;
Accuracy, autonomy and ability to manage technical documentation;
Knowledge of the main heat treatments.

Die assembly operator
We are looking for a mould maker with mechanical experience to join our tooling department. The person will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of moulds for presses, including machining and restoration. A sound knowledge of technical drawing, operational autonomy and familiarity with bench tools, machine tools and welding techniques are required.
Duties:
Assembly, disassembly and maintenance of mechanical press dies and hydraulic press equipment;
Reading and interpreting technical mechanical drawings;
Performing wire or electrode welding operations;
Use of bench tools and CNC machine tools to engrave new dies or restore existing ones;
Requirements
Previous experience in die assembly or in industrial machine workshops;
Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments.
